She trained me in my first hotel management position and has nurtured and followed my progress in the hospitality industry ever since. Her amazing way of being right there for your needs and her expertise training has stayed with me for my entire career. She is a wonderful uplifting leader for all those around her. I always look forward to seeing and talking with Karen very opportunity that i have.
