Prior to her current role, Cynthia served as senior vice president of sales and marketing, where she was responsible for all top line sales, marketing and revenue management efforts for the hospitality portfolio. She was promoted to senior vice president of development in 2017.
Prior to joining Waterton, Cynthia served as director of sales and marketing for Hyatt, Hilton and InterContinental Hotel Group hotels.
